The location is superb. I found it easy to access many transport links from here. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were helpful with directions. My room also had a coffee machine. I really appreciated that perk!
The bathroom could use some updating. The shower head was fixed. It's a minor inconvenience.

our arrival was special, i remember. the staff greeted us warmly, and their attentiveness continued throughout our stay. the location was superb, a pleasant walk to paddington station after arriving on the elizabeth line. nearby restaurants offered convenient dining.
i did notice the street outside could be a bit noisy at times. perhaps the windows could use some updating to better insulate against the sound. despite this minor issue, our experience was lovely.
